Virtual staging and object removal

Furnish an empty room, or take out things that shouldn’t be in the photo. Both happen in editing. Staging is $40 a photo, and cleanup is $200 for the whole listing.

Covered patio virtually staged with outdoor seating and a dining table

Virtual staging

Empty rooms look smaller in photos than they are. Staging shows buyers where the bed goes and how the living room works.

Object removal

Cars in the driveway, cords, trash cans, the seller’s personal things. We take them out in Photoshop.

One thing to check

Most MLS rules say virtually staged photos have to be labeled as staged. Check yours before the listing goes live.
