2D floor plans
Every photo package comes with a 2D floor plan, free. Buyers can see how the house is laid out before they book a showing.
How it works
We measure the house during the photo shoot and draw the plan from that, so there’s nothing extra to schedule.
Why buyers like it
It answers the questions they’d otherwise ask at the showing. Where the bedrooms are, how the kitchen connects to the living room, and whether their furniture will fit.
