Buyers can walk through the house from their phone before they book a showing. We scan with Matterport and iGUIDE, and Zillow 3D is there if you want something cheaper.
Matterport
The full walkthrough, with the dollhouse view of the whole house. Buyers move from room to room and come back as often as they like. Put the link on the MLS, your website or anywhere else.
iGUIDE
A walkthrough with a measured floor plan, room by room, and a tool buyers can use to measure for themselves. It works with Flexmls, Realtor.com and Zillow, and it fills in the room details on your Flexmls listing for you. Pick this one when the square footage and the layout matter as much as the look.
Zillow 3D
The cheaper option. It shows up right on your Zillow listing and it’s priced by the size of the home, from $50.

- Matterport is the full walkthrough with the dollhouse view. iGUIDE is a walkthrough with a measured floor plan and room dimensions. Zillow 3D costs less and shows up on your Zillow listing.
- How long does a Matterport tour stay online?
- We host it for the first month, then transfer it to your own Matterport account, so it stays yours. You need a Matterport Starter plan or higher to keep it online, because a free account can’t hold a Pro 3 tour. iGUIDE hosting is included.
