Pricing
Packages are priced by square footage and start at $159 for a home under 1,000 square feet. Bigger homes get more photos in each package. Type your square footage into the calculator on the pricing page and you’ll see your options. Extra photos are $5 each.
HDR, flash or editorial?
Most listings are right for HDR. Flash adds a flash frame to every photo for truer color. Editorial is our top package, for the homes that call for it. Here’s what each one includes.
HDR photography

The package for most listings. Quick, bright and priced by the size of the home.

Flash photography
From $259, by square footage
HDR with a flash frame blended into every photo, so the colors look like the room.
What’s included
- Everything in HDR, with a flash frame blended into every photo.
- Truer color. Wood looks warm, painted walls keep their shade, and stone and fabric look like themselves.
- The same photo counts as HDR, priced by the size of the home.
- A free 2D floor plan.
- About 1½ to 5 hours on site, depending on the size of the home.
- Delivery within 1 to 2 business days. Rush is same day on standard edits.
- Extra photos are $10 each.
What’s not
- Every room lit with flash and edited by hand. That’s editorial.
- Upload to your Flexmls listing is $30, the same as HDR.
- Aerials, twilight and 3D tours are separate add-ons.
Editorial photography
From $650, by square footage
Our top package, for the homes that call for it.
What’s included
- Every room lit with flash and blended with the daylight by hand, so the colors come out true and the rooms look the way they do in person.
- Straight-on frames, wide shots and details, not just the corners of each room.
- A premium 2D floor plan.
- Upload straight to your Flexmls listing, included.
- 2 to 8 hours on site, depending on the size of the home.
- Delivery within 1 to 2 business days. Extra photos are $30 each.
What’s not
- Aerials. Add 6 for $110 when you book.
- Twilight. It’s an add-on; add it when you book.
- Rush delivery. Every photo is edited by hand, so it takes the full turnaround.
- Sky replacement. You get the sky that was there.
Questions agents ask
- How soon can you shoot it?
- Usually within 24 hours. Book online and pick a time slot.
- Do I need to be there?
- No. We have Supra access and we’re fully insured. We let ourselves in and lock up when we’re done.
- What’s the turnaround?
- One to two business days. Rush delivery is $200 and gets you the photos the same day on standard edits.
- Can you put the photos on my listing?
- Yes. We’re an ARMLS certified photographer, so we can upload them straight to your Flexmls listing.
- Is the floor plan really free?
- Yes. It comes with every photo package.
- What if I need more photos than the package has?
- Extra photos are $5 each.
